Dear Journal,

I decided to come out and join the action for breakfast. Everybody was so excited to see Faith’s backpack. I waited until nobody was looking and sat on it. I tried to get the bag open by scratching it. Tuck came and visited me, and I didn’t like that.

Faith had to get her backpack, and I readjusted myself and took another nap. Freddie woke me up and gave me some head nods. I was happy to join, but then he came back. I wanted to go back to sleep.

I am looking forward to seeing people and playing with red pipe cleaners. Hopefully, someone else brings some new bags and boxes for me to play with, but until then, I am going to see what Laura has to offer (after I take my nap).
