The main entrance to the Cat Colloquium can be found at the rear of 215 High Street, off Cannon Street. The Cat Colloquium is on the 2nd floor. If you are unable to take the stairs, we have a chair lift - please call for special arrangements.

Visiting Guidelines

HOUSE RULES

When interacting with the cats, please observe the following rules for the cat’s well-being as well as for your own safety:

  • Well behaved guests are welcome.

  • PLEASE be patient if you have to wait to enter.

  • NO outside dogs or cats. 

  • PLEASE sanitize your hands before and after entering.

  • PLEASE be gentle when petting the cats.

  • PLEASE supervise children under 8 and their interaction with the cats.*

*Children under the age of 8 may enter the Cat Colloquium on the strict condition that they shall be supervised by an adult at all times due to safety reasons. We have the right to require the provision of a photographic identity as proof of age of any children prior to permitting entry.

ADA Access

The ADA entrance to the Cat Colloquium is located on the east side of the building at 215 High Street. Once guests enter the ground floor doorway, make a right, pass through the Community Room and enter the chair lift to the second floor.

The Cat Colloquium is a place of public accommodation, and will give individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in and to benefit from their services.
