Our Tree

We have built a space for cats to enjoy and relax. Check out the evolution of our tree.

The original concept for the tree was to allow our cats a place to climb. Our tree has a metal core, then sculpted with a layer of foam, then coated with a waterproof paint and finally an outer layer of rope. This will allow the cats to easily climb and act as scratching post at the same time. This project was a collaboration of many talented artists and is unique to The Cat Colloquium for sure - a must see for any Chestertown visitor.
